I have built projects in some of the most beautiful areas in the California
foothills including the Lake Tahoe area. I believe this area (Blue Lake Springs)

Mississippi attracted me because of the beautiful area, it is only minutes
from the Mighty Mississippi River, and is close to the Third Largest Gaming
Destination in the US. This means the influx of lots of money, jobs, good
schools, and low property taxes. Mississippi is one of the best states in
the Union for retirees, abundant water, electricity at very reasonable
rates. Believe it or not we even have natural gas.
All of the above are very important but without a doubt what I love best
about the area are the people. Not being from the area, I've always heard
about Southern Hospitality. Well, I am hear to tell you it is alive and
well. Some of the greatest, friendliest people I've ever met, I found here.
It's been an experience I'm glad I didn't miss.
